downloading problem Empty downloading problem

i go through all the steps and when it finishes downloading i click open but the winrar does not open it says choose item you want to open this file with:, im not very good with computers i may just seem like a dumbass to some of you but i would like some advice please Sad

Download winrar itself so you can opent he client and extract it with winrar.
